 After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns. I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.  ....Then I would know the truth of the fourth beast, which was diverse from all the others, exceeding dreadful, whose teeth were of iron, and his nails of brass; which devoured, brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with his feet; And of the ten horns that were in his head, and of the other which came up, and before whom three fell; even of that horn that had eyes, and a mouth that spake very great things, whose look was more stout than his fellows.  ...Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces. And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise.... (Dan. 7:7-24)

  A summary of last Friday's developments in the Arab world, as instability and anti-government protests inspired by uprisings in Egypt and Tunisia spread in the region.

___

     BAHRAIN: Soldiers open fire as thousands stream toward the landmark square at the center of anti-government protests that erupted earlier this week. Hospital officials say at least 50 people are injured, some with gunshot wounds. The White House expresses "strong displeasure" about the rising tensions in Bahrain, a key U.S. ally in the Gulf. The protesters want the ruling Sunni Muslim monarchy to give up its control over top government posts and all critical decisions. Shiite Muslims make up 70 percent of Bahrain's 500,000 citizens but say they face systematic discrimination and poverty and are effectively blocked from key roles in public service and the military.

___

     LIBYA: A website linked to a son of longtime ruler Moammar Gadhafi says the national congress has halted its session indefinitely and will take steps to reform the government when it reconvenes. In the city of Benghazi, protesters set fire to government buildings and police stations. The Gadhafi-linked website says about 1,000 inmates at Benghazi prison attack guards and escape. Three of the inmates are killed in the violence. In Beyida, witnesses say protesters have forced out government security forces and demolished a military air base runway. Dozens of demonstrators have been killed since protests erupted earlier in the week. Libya is oil-rich, but an estimated one-third of its people live in poverty. The protesters demand the resignation of Gadhafi, who has ruled for more than 40 years. Gadhafi has met with tribal leaders and taken other steps to try to defuse public anger.

___

     YEMEN: Anti-government demonstrators clash with supporters of Yemen's longtime ruler and riot police in the capital of Sanaa during the ninth straight day of protests. In the city of Taiz, what appears to be a hand grenade is thrown at a group of protesters, seriously wounding at least 48 people in the blast and the stampede that follows. Protesters set cars, a local government building and a police warehouse ablaze in the port city of Aden and three demonstrators are killed. Protesters demand the resignation of President Ali Abdullah Saleh, a U.S. ally, who has ruled the Arab world's poorest nation for 32 years. The demonstrators' main grievances are poverty and official corruption. Saleh's promises not to run for re-election in 2013 or to set up his son as an heir have failed to quell the anger.

___

     EGYPT: Hundreds of thousands of flag-waving Egyptians pack into Cairo's central Tahrir Square in the first major rally since the fall of longtime leader Hosni Mubarak a week ago. They celebrate his ouster and press Egypt's new military rulers to uproot the rest of his regime and steer the country toward reform. Organizers say they want the military to take greater action against ex-Mubarak regime figures who still hold considerable power. The country's new military rulers say they need to be able to ensure security in order to move ahead with reforms.

___

     JORDAN: Clashes erupt in the capital, Amman, between about 200 government supporters and about 2,000 protesters. Eight people are injured in the first violence in nearly two months of weekly protests. Demonstrators say they were attacked with batons, stones and pipes. Protesters seek a constitutional monarchy in which the prime minister is elected. Currently, parliament is elected, but King Abdullah II rules by decree and retains the power to appoint and dismiss prime ministers and to dissolve parliament. Demonstrators also protest against rising prices and high unemployment.

___

     SAUDI ARABIA: A new party in Saudi Arabia says authorities detained its founding members earlier this week and told them they must withdraw demands for political reform as a condition for their release. The Umma Islamic Party says the detainees refused to sign the pledge. Political activity in oil-rich Saudi Arabia, which follows strict Islamic rule, is severely restricted and all power rests in the hands of the ruling family. The Umma Islamic Party wants the kingdom's rulers to start a dialogue on reform, including improving the status of women.

___

     DJIBOUTI: Thousands of demonstrators rally in this tiny East African nation to demand that President Ismail Omar Guelleh step down after two terms. Guelleh has served two terms and faces an election in April, but critics lament changes he made to the constitution last year that scrubbed a two-term limit. Guelleh's family has been in power for more than three decades. Djibouti is a city-state of 750,000 people that lies across the Gulf of Aden from Yemen. It hosts several military bases, including the only U.S. base in Africa. Guelleh, who looks poised to win re-election, didn't face any opponents in 2005. One potential challenger this year, Abdourahman Boreh, is supporting anti-Guelleh demonstrations but lives overseas and is currently in London.

The Pentagon's New Map

     Once you understand this reality: that some countries and regions are lagging behind the rest of the world in being incorporated into the Global Economy and Government, and need to be boot-kicked into fully joining the world body, you will understand why we are now at war, and why we will keep on going to war, from the Middle East to the Korean Peninsula, to Indonesia, to Pakistan, to Cuba, to Somalia and to East Timor. This entire Pentagon strategic thinking is outlined in a book entitled, "The Pentagon's New Map" by Thomas P.M. Barnett. The author is a professor of the U.S. Naval War College and a Senior Strategic Researcher.  According to Illuminist thinking, there are only two types of nations in the world today:

1. Nations who are already functioning in the new Global System or who are clearly and firmly going in that direction -- the "Functioning Core"

2. Nations who are not now functioning in the Global System and are not likely to do so in the foreseeable future, unless they are kicked into it by U.S. or European troops, or by the threat of invasion. These nations are called the "Non-Integrating Gap."

     The strategy being followed by the United States and the European Union is to "shrink the gap." The fly-leaf to this book quite boldly states: "The Pentagon's New Map is a cutting-edge approach to globalization that combines security, economic, political and cultural factors to do no less than predict and explain the nature of war and peace in the twenty-first century ...Barnett's book crystallizes recent American military history and strategy, sets the parameters for where our forces will likely be headed in the future, outlines the unique role that America can and will play in establishing international stability... For anyone seeking to understand the Iraqs, Afghanistans, and Liberias of the present and future, the intimate new links between foreign policy and national security; the operational realities of the world as it exists today, 'The Pentagon's New Map' is a template, a Rosetta Stone... There is no book more essential for 2004 and beyond."

     In other words, The Pentagon has developed a global strategy which will:

1) "explain the nature of war and peace in the twenty-first century";

2) "sets the parameters for where our forces will likely be headed in the future";

3) "outlines the unique role that America can and will play in establishing international stability";

     In other words, this new Pentagon strategy is determining where America has gone to war, with whom, and for what purpose since the attacks of 9/11! Cutting Edge Ministries has long argued that the areas of the world in which American forces attacked under President George W. Bush were very well planned out a long time prior to 9/11. 'The Pentagon's New Map' is simply the tool which fleshes out our original belief. With this as background, let us now examine this book thoroughly. Remember one thing: this author is working for the U.S. War College, an Illuminist Think Tank. ...the book is golden because it tells us exactly where the next "regime changes" are going to occur, from the Middle East to North Korea to Indonesia and beyond. While the major wars are going to be the Middle East and North Korea as we have always stated, many minor wars -- and many more threatened wars -- across the globe are planned in order to jump-start these nations into the New World Order.

     NEWS BRIEF: "The Pentagon's New Map", by Thomas P. M. Barnett, U.S. Naval War College, Esquire Magazine, March 2003, p. 174-79, 227-9. "Our next war in the Gulf will mark a historic tipping point -- the moment when Washington takes real ownership of strategic security in the age of globalization." [P. 174] ...America (is) the Super Power battering ram to knock down those nations who are really standing in the way of fully implementing the New World Order. We knew that the Y2K scare was designed to force governments all across the world -- rich and poor alike -- to upgrade their computer systems so that they can all plug into the economy of this coming Global System.

     However, Barnett identifies other, non-technical reasons why certain countries are still lagging terribly behind the rest of the world in integrating into the New World Order. These reasons are simple but profound and so deeply entrenched that an invasion or a threat of an invasion (a war of rumors of war) is necessary to change the regime so that compliant, responsive leaders may be implanted within these countries. What are these non-technical factors?

1. Repressive Dictatorship run by one man

2. Repressive Religions that hold on to "Tradition" with all means, thereby resisting the new paradigm

3. Abject poverty is mentioned as a reason a country is not "connected" to the Global System, but poverty is usually the result of a repressive dictatorship that either siphons huge resources out of the economy or is so repressive he won't allow the individual freedoms necessary to produce wealth in the economy.

4. Civil Wars also keep a country from being able to join the "Functioning Core." Thus, troops from the European Union are already in the Congo to put down that Civil War and U.S. troops just might be headed to Liberia.

     Thus, America is "taking real ownership" of the "strategic security" of these types of countries. We have taken control of the "strategic security" of Iraq, have we not? After taking control of Baghdad, our forces amassed on the borders of Syria and Iran, threatening them with the military force we deem necessary to take control of their "strategic security." Let us now return to Bartnett's book:

     "A country's potential to warrant a U.S. military response is inversely related to its globalization connectivity." [P. 227] On page 176, the author puts this matter in a different way: "Any time American troops show up -- be it combat, a battle group pulling up off the coast as a 'reminder', or a peacekeeping mission -- it tends to be in a place that is relatively disconnected from the world, where globalization hasn't taken root because of a repressive regime, abject poverty, or the lack of a robust legal system. It's these places that incubate global terrorism. Draw a line around these military engagements and you've got what I call the Non-Functioning Gap."

     Those countries who are not now properly "connected" to the Global System economically or politically are likely to "warrant a U.S. military response", i.e., an invasion or threat of invasion, and certainly a public demand for a "regime change". These disconnected nations are called the "Non-Functioning Gap", and in truly arrogant fashion, this Naval War College author threatens to invade these countries in a rather flippant manner. Listen: "So where do we schedule the U.S. military's next round of away games? The pattern that has emerged since the end of the cold war suggests a simple answer: in the Gap." [P. 174]

Non-Integrating Gap

     The author then lists those countries that the United States considers to be "Non-Integrating." Speaking generally, these nations fall into the following regions: the Caribbean Rim, virtually all of Africa, the Balkans, the Caucasus, Central Asia, the Middle East -- Israel excepted -- Southwest Asia and much of Southeast Asia. The population of these "Non-Integrating" nations is two billion people, or one-third of mankind.

     The fires of change continue to sweep the Middle East so Supernation #7 can be established! Never before has so much change occurred so rapidly, destabilizing the entire region. NEWS BRIEF: "Bahrain crushes protest camp, locks down capital", Excite News, 2/17/2011

     "MANAMA, Bahrain (AP) - Troops and tanks locked down the capital of this tiny Gulf kingdom after riot police swinging clubs and firing tear gas smashed into demonstrators, many of them sleeping, in a pre-dawn assault Thursday that uprooted their protest camp demanding political change. Medical officials said four people were killed. Hours after the attack on Manama's main Pearl Square, the military announced a ban on gatherings, saying on state TV that it had "key parts" of the capital under its control." What kind of government does Bahrain have? Is it a democracy, an autocracy, or an Absolute Dictatorship? Whichever kind of government it does have, it must be a strongman type which will resist losing its sovereignty as it melds into Regional Government, Supernation #7, "Northern Africa and the Middle East."  Bahrain is an "an absolute monarchy headed by the King, Shaikh Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa." (Wikipedia, Bahrain)

     The word "absolute" means that the King can have the final say in all matters, if he desires to exercise them. A sign of this power comes from the realization that "Prime Minister, Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman al Khalifa ....presides over a cabinet of twenty-five members, where 80% of its members are from the royal family." (Wikipedia, Bahrain) For this reason, leaders feel they can safely send troops and tanks smashing into demonstrators in a brutal manner, without fear of much democratic recourse. While democratic reforms have recently been started, they appear to be in a fairly infant stage. Key powers still lie with the King. This strongman type of government would certainly resist any movement toward a complete loss of national sovereignty as it disappears into Regional Government #7, especially since the country is so rich from oil revenues! The strongman -- King Al Khalifa -- is certainly well informed enough to realize that his country will be forced into a "Redistribution of Wealth" scheme, where he would lose trillions of dollars to countries far less rich, like the Sudan!

     Secretary of State Hillary Clinton weighed in against the Bahrain government, just as she did against the Tunisian and Egyptian governments before they fell. Her comments against a government under siege is getting to be an ominous pattern! But, not only is Hillary criticizing, but so is President Obama and the leaders of Great Britain and the E.U. "The Obama administration expressed alarm over the violent crackdown. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton called Bahrain's foreign minister to register Washington's "deep concern" and urge restraint. Similar criticism came from Britain and the European Union." How important is Bahrain to Washington?

      "In a region experiencing an oil boom, Bahrain has the fastest growing economy in the Arab world ...Bahrain also has the freest economy in the Middle East ..."Bahrain is sometimes described as 'Middle East lite' because it combines modern infrastructure with a Persian Gulf identity and, unlike other countries in the region, its prosperity is not solely a reflection of the size of its oil wealth, but is also related to the creation of an indigenous middle class. This unique socioeconomic development in the Persian Gulf has meant that Bahrain is generally more liberal than its neighbors. While Islam is the main religion, Bahrainis have been known for their tolerance, and churches, Hindu temples, Sikh Gurdwara and a Jewish synagogue can be found alongside mosques. The country is home to several communities that have faced persecution elsewhere."

     Bahrain is also a key naval site for the American Fleet, and its facilities give it great importance in maintaining Western supremacy in the Persian Gulf. Washington's ability to counter the growing power of Iran could be seriously eroded if it were taken over by Islamic forces. Listen: "Tiny Bahrain is a pillar of Washington's military framework in the region. It hosts the U.S. Navy's 5th Fleet, which is a critical counterbalance to Iran. Bahrain's rulers and their Arab allies depict any sign of unrest among their Shiite populations as a move by neighboring Shiite-majority Iran to expand its clout in the region." ("Bahrain crushes protest camp, locks down capital")

     This vicious government assault could very well enrage anti-government protestors that the continued life of the current monarchy could be dramatically shortened. Bahrain is another example of how this current wave of "Regime Change" is sweeping aside all governments resisting the loss of national sovereignty inherent in a move into Regional Government #7; America's friends in the region are just as likely to be overthrown as are America's enemies. You see, the issue is not West versus Islam, but the working out of the Illuminati Plan which is fulfilling the prophesied 10 Nations of Daniel 7:7-8. The name of this Supernation #7 is "Northern Africa and the Middle East."

     Any nation / government resisting the complete loss of national sovereignty which is a natural outgrowth of being melded into this supernation is going to be overthrown, whether that country is now allied with either the forces of the West or the forces of Islam. If you believe that this struggle is one which is pitting West versus Islam, you are going to miss the point. This struggle is against any nation resistant to being melded into Supernation #7. This struggle is occurring because the Illuminati Plan (which is the anti-Christ's plan) of reorganizing the world into 10 supernations has now moved into the phase where Supernation #7 is the nation being built right now.

     Now that we have seen a prosperous pro-West country come under this regional "Regime Change" fever, let us examine an anti-West country coming under the same fire. NEWS BRIEF: "Internet censored, media gagged in Iran to sabotage pro-democracy protests," Business & Law, 2/17/2011 "In an expected repeat of the January internet and electronic communication blockade in Egypt, Iranian authorities have begun censorship by disrupting mobile phone services and slowing down broadband speed in the major cities. Following the outbreak of the Opposition-fueled pro-democracy demonstrations in Tehran, pro-opposition websites have been blocked. The anti-government movement began in Iran on Monday, when thousands of supporters of opposition leaders Mir Hossein Mousavi and Mehdi Karroubi took to the streets. The anti-government dissidents have also been forced to compromise on electronic communication as mobile-phone and text message services stand disrupted."

     This next news segment reveals other nations now similarly under the fires of "Regime Change" protestors. "Iran, along with Bahrain and Libya, is among the latest states to experience the aftermath of the Egyptian and Tunisian revolutions led to the ouster of autocrats. In all these regions, Internet, especially social media platforms, were used to mobilize the protests." Watch these developments carefully, because soon every government resisting Supernation #7 will be overthrown or weakened so much that it can no longer resist being swallowed whole by the planned Regional Government. You also need to ignore Mass Media because they are totally unaware of the prophetic force which is forcing the Illuminati to carry out the prophetic reorganization of all the world's nations into exactly 10. If we are as close to the End of the Age as we think we are, we should see the formation of the prophetic 10 Nations as foretold in Daniel 7:7-8. This is the prophetic plan the Illuminati is working, as we originally reported years ago, in NEWS2363.

     These are exciting times! But, these are also times in which the arrogant Global Elite are being forced by prophecy to sweep away all governments of the world so they can establish the 10 Nations of Daniel 7:7-8. Rarely has the impotence of the Illuminati been more on display than now, when they are being forced by God's Plan, to establish these prophesied 10 Nations! As these events continue to unfold, do not be afraid that they will swirl out of control. These events are scripted by the Plan of the Global Elite to be strong enough to enable them to achieve their regional government goals, but not so strong as to cause economic collapse. We have been saying this domestically for the past three years, as so many people thought the economic crisis would cause a complete collapse; the Illuminati does not want a complete collapse until World War III begins, so they allowed enough economic pain that allowed them to overthrow Capitalism and install Fascism. They have accomplished this goal, so the economy is slowly growing again, albeit in spurts.

club of rome

     Likewise, the Plan is causing these "spontaneous" outbursts of fervor for "democratic reform" and want them to apply the kind of pressure which will achieve their goals of forming a regional government. Once all resistant strongmen in this region are overthrown, the crisis will collapse and normalcy will return. Out of the smoke of these demonstrations, Supernation #7 will arise -- "Northern Africa and the Middle East." Listen to the words of a key New World Order author, Peter Lemesurier: "Their script is now written, subject only to last-minute editing and stage-directions... Most of the main actors ...have already taken up their roles. Soon it will be time for them to come on stage, ready for the curtain to rise. The time for action will have come." [Lemesurier, "The Armageddon Script" , p. 252]

     These events are scripted, not spontaneous in the least. Therefore, resist all efforts to scare you about what might or might not happen. These events are not going to suddenly spiral out of control.   The World Is On Fire In The "Non-Integrating Gap!" The Pentagon has divided the world into two segments. Since the attacks of 9/11, Wars, Rumors of Wars, Earthquakes in divers places, volcanoes, and pestilence has ravaged countries in the 'Non-Integrating Gap.' Events have shown both a pattern and a purpose, not occurring by accident or by random. Millions are displaced and are dying. But, the worst is yet to come! The New World Order is coming! Are you ready? Once you understand what this New World Order really is, and how it is being gradually implemented, you will be able to see it progressing in your daily news!!

And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space. And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition. And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast (Rev.  17:10-13).
