The lies are piling up after only 30 days. The campaign promises are being broken so fast, it is making the America people's heads spin. No one is capable of compiling them all. And most of my colleagues in the media have no desire to do so. But let's just take one big one that is likely to be broken tomorrow. Late Friday, the Senate passed the $790 billion so-called "stimulus package," which discerning American citizens realize is nothing but the same old-fashioned, pork-laden, redistribution-of-wealth, spending bills for which the Democratic Party is infamous.
Let's go back in time, for those who care, to June 22, 2007. Obama was in Manchester, N.H., campaigning for the Democratic presidential nomination. He said government would be different with an Obama administration. "When there is a bill that ends up on my desk as the president, you the public will have five days to look online and find out what's in it before I sign it," he said. His campaign called the idea the "sunshine before signing promise." You can watch the video of that speech at http://www.youtube.com/v/o5t8GdxFYBU& – if you have the stomach.
Guess what? Tomorrow, exactly one business day after the approval of the bill, Obama has signaled he will sign it. (The bill was signed late Friday, that means five full days to view the bill would be Sat. Sun. Mon. Tues. and Wed. Which means the bill should be signed on Thursday for Obama to keep his broken promise. However, if every voting American would read the bill that would not give enough time to protest the bill even if any Americans really cared about such important stuff?) But that's not all. In that same speech, Obama promised there would be no more pork!
He promised there would be "no more secrets." Yet, as we all know, this 1,000-plus-page piece of legislation was passed without being read by a single member of Congress. It was posted online in a form that could not be keyword searched. (Obama did say this on his whitehouse.gov wesite: President Obama acknowledges that some people are skeptical about the plan given how Washington has performed in the past, which is why he's encouraging people to check back at Recovery.gov -- the site where, once the plan is in action, you'll be able to track the funds).
"Ultimately, this is your money, and you deserve to know where it's going and how it's spent," he says. So much for the promise of "transparency," too. Not that I expected Obama to keep his word. In fact, for my money, he's keeping far too many promises in far too little time. This administration is acting like it wants to bankrupt the country, convert it to an entirely socialist economy and end all meaningful debate about it before the year is out.
But, just for the record, he did lie – big time. And while no one has yet died as a result of his actions to date, they will. They will die because of scarcity and rationing of medical care. They will die because of unrestrained abortion and infanticide. Eventually, I believe, they will die because of hunger and exposure brought on by a collapsed economy ravaged by command-and-control centralization. But what has clearly died already – after just 30 days – is the very "democracy" Obama championed and pledged throughout his campaign. This isn't "democracy," not that democracy should ever be the goal of any true American who reveres the Constitution. It's just the old-fashioned "dictatorship of the proletariat" – a Communist euphemism for a war on workers not directly in servitude to the state.
But you don't need to know all that. Just let the "experts" in Washington figure it all out for you – the ones who are not even reading the bills, the ones who lied to you last year when they campaigned for office, the ones who are hiding this information from you even today. After all, as Sen. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., explains: The American people don't care.

'URGENT' STIMULUS ON HOLD FOR BAM'S WEEKEND OFF

PRESIDENT'S DAY: President Obama and Michelle Obama exit Table Fifty-Two in Chicago last night after enjoying a Valentine's Day dinner at the eatery. After pushing Congress for weeks to hurry up and pass the massive $787 billion stimulus bill, President Obama promptly took off for a three-day holiday getaway. Obama arrived at his home in Chicago on Friday, and treated wife Michelle to a Valentine's Day dinner downtown last night. The couple was spotted leaving upscale Table Fifty-Two, which specializes in Southern cuisine, with the first lady toting what appeared to be a doggie bag.
The president plans to spend the Presidents' Day weekend in the Windy City, and is not expected to sign the bill until Tuesday, when he travels to Denver to discuss his economic plan. Both the House and Senate passed the bill Friday night. The push to get the bill through before the holiday weekend was so frantic, members of Congress didn't have a chance to read all 1,071 pages of the document before they could vote.
The Final Plan
The anti-Christ’s plan is to divide the world into ten kingdoms, all using the same monetary system and one religion (see Ten Worldwide Super States: Playing Monopoly* with the devil). The ten-king nations will be forcefully democratic with rotating presidencies; the European Union (EU) is the model. When the time for the anti-Christ arrives, he will be one of these ten kings, according to Revelation 17:10-11. The kings only receive power to grasp control for the anti-Christ at the last hour. The rotating presidencies of these ten super-states will furnish the kings.
How will this happen? The EU has paved the way. The super-states will be divided into ten economic and political powers. They are the 1. EU, 2. North America (Canada, America, Mexico, Central America, and outlaying islands), 3. South America, 4. Russia, 5. Central Asia (The Islamic Republics), 6. East Asia (China, Mongolia, Japan, Taiwan, Korea, etc.), 7. Oceania (Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia, New Zealand, and surrounding islands), 8. Southeast Asia (India to Viet Nam), 9. North Africa/Middle-East (Saudi Arabia to Western Sahara, etc.), and 10. Africa (Sub-Sahara, Madagascar). These divisions could be debated. For example, India would go well with Oceania since many Indians speak English and would fare well with Australia. Time will tell.
North America has begun the process. NAFTA and CAFTA are the start. A North American Super-Highway from the mid-southwestern coast of Mexico to Winnipeg, Canada--through the heartland of America, has begun. The American Government is sold out on this global plan. They will deceive the "American People" in order to put the anti-Christ's plan into place. Hence, Members of Congress did not do its job and read the bill before signing it because they were told to sign it or else.
And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; buy receive power as kings one hour with the beast. These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast. (Rev.17:12-13)
