SCRIPTURES

_________

Man was created in the image and likeness of God.  In Adam's sin humans fell from innocence, inherited a sinful nature, and became alienated from God.  Man is totally depraved and entirely unable of himself, to redeem himself, from his lost condition.  See Genesis 1:26-27, 2:17, Romans 3:22-23, 5:12, 6:23, and Ephesians 2:1-5, 4:17-19.

Salvation is the gift of God bestowed to Man by the grace of God.  Salvation is received by personal faith in the works and person of the LORD Jesus Christ.  The precious blood of Jesus Christ sacrificed on the cross is for the forgiveness of sins and atonement for the lost soul. See John 1:12, Ephesians 1:7, 2:8-10, I Peter 1:18-19, and I John 1:9.

Once a person is saved and redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ that soul is kept by the power and blood of God.  They are secure in Jesus Christ and can never lose their salvation under any condition whatsoever.  See John 6:37-40, 10:27-30, Romans 8:1, 8:38-39, I Corinthians 1:4-8, and I Peter 1:4-5.
