If we are all descendants of Adam and Eve, why do we have different colors? Were they not of the same color/race?

     This question opens-up several more mysteries in the Bible which also need to be explained. Eve was formed from Adam's rib. They were of the same flesh/race/color. That means the children of Adam and Eve were the same color and race. However, where did Adam and Eve’s children get their spouses from? The Bible does not say. The Bible definitely forbids the wicked act of incest (Lev. 20:17). The children of Adam and Eve did not intermarry. There is only one possibility. God made wives from the ribs of the children of Adam and Eve and the next several following generations just like He did for Adam. Just because the Bible does not mention how God made wives for the first few generations of mankind does not mean it did not happen. The Bible does not mention how God formed and created the planet Jupiter, but their it is. God did not mention how he formed wives for the first few generations of mankind, but there they were. God made wives for the first few generations of Adam and Eve the very same way He made a wife for Adam, from their rib.

     The main question is how did the different races come about? The Bible does not say, specifically, but when God made wives for the sons of Adam, God most certainly made the genes of these newly formed wives and each successive generation to produce other races. God is a divers God and He showed His creative, artistic ability by altering the genes to form other colors. From there, the earth populated itself until the flood of Noah nearly wiped out the human race. That means after the flood, the re-populated earth and its different races of mankind stemmed from the three sons of Noah. However, the three sons of Noah were the same race. The only conclusion is the three wives of Noah’s sons were of different races.

     Shem and his wife were the family of the brown to olive colored races, Ham and his wife were the family of the light to dark black colored races, and Japheth and his wife were the family of the white to peach colored races. A study of Genesis chapters 5-12 will show the families of Japheth migrated to Europe, the families of Ham migrated to Africa, and the families of Shem migrated to Asia and then later to Alaska and the Americas before European settlers arrived to the New World. The Bible prophesies of the United States and the New World in Genesis. It says: Noah awoke from his wine, and knew what his younger son (Ham) had done unto him. And he said, Cursed be Canaan (the offspring of Ham); a servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren. And he said, Blessed be the LORD God of Shem, and Canaan shall be his servant. God shall enlarge Japheth, and he shall dwell in the tents of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant (Genesis 9:24-27). The American Indians are the children of Shem who lived in tents. The Europeans conquered the already inhabited New World, were enlarged, and dwelt in the tents of Shem. During this time the offspring of Ham were kidnapped from Africa and made servants to the Europeans in the New World.

     So, the final answer to the question is all humans are the descendents of Adam and Eve. However, the split in race and skin color developed from the genes of the succeeding generations up to Noah. When Noah got off the Ark, the world was populated by his three sons and wives. The different races developed from the genes of the wives of the son's of Noah.
