Right after we offered the free bibles I received a phone call from the religion of peace that threatened me with a physical attack. I had a witness. I had a name. Reported it. The police and city attorney did nothing. The duplicity and hypocrisy is stark. I know that most of you will find this hard to believe but it is no longer unusual for Christians to be arrested for sharing the Gospel on the streets. Most of you find it hard to believe because you never do it. It is like going through the sexual assault/screening at the airport. Most folks don’t worry about it because they rarely fly. Only those who have experienced the indignity of being strip-searched or x-rayed for “security” reasons understand the humiliation. Most things don’t matter until they happen to you.
That is what is going on in America. Every once in a while you might see a report of some police-misconduct, but, for the most part, it doesn’t bother you because your experiences with the police have been good ones. The media is complicit with this cover-up. They have created an atmosphere in America where everyone is considered guilty until proven innocent. We read reports in the news and are convinced that it is an “isolated incident”…just a rogue cop…and it doesn’t affect me anyway… But it does affect you. You just don’t know it because it hasn’t happened to you …yet. Have you ever noticed that the media loves to call those who minister on the streets “protestors?” They never call the pro-aborts…or the sodomites…or the Muslims…”protestors.” No, they are “fighting for freedom.” Only Christians and Tea Party folks “protest”…everyone else “raises awareness.”
The folks I hang with don’t protest, they PROCLAIM…proclaim the Gospel. That activity is rapidly being curtailed by “legal system.” The First Amendment grants freedom to every type of deviant speech, but not to proclamation of the Gospel. The Gospel is becoming illegal. It is happening, I might add, with the approval of the six-foot icicles who stand in most of America’s pulpits. They, too, think those of us who take seriously the command to “go ye into all the world” are radicals, fundamentalists, and “make Jesus look bad.” The average American Pastor has never spent a day of his/her life engaging in “open-air ministry” (streets preaching). They love to preach inside their stained-glass fortress where they can better hide from the controversy. To them, one of the congregants complaining about pot holes in the parking lot is persecution…let alone facing a crowd of profoundly lost Muslims outside a Mosque as one faithfully delivers the Gospel of Jesus Christ to them.
My friend Pastor Mark Holick does just that. And last week he was found guilty by a jury of two counts of “loitering” outside a Mosque as he and several other gentle Christians handed out Bibles during the Muslim’s call to prayer. He was sentenced to six months in jail (suspended), one year probation, fined $300, and prohibited from being within 1000 feet of the Mosque. Read the WND below, but I am sure you won’t believe it. The media has convinced you that these “street preachers” are the next Timothy McVeigh. I am one of those “street preachers” and I have first hand experience with how we are treated. Before Pastor Mark was sentenced he had the opportunity to address the court. I felt the readers needed to hear this humble, Godly-man’s open rebuke to the Judge, prosecutor, and press. BEFORE HE WAS SENTENCED….
Your honor, Council--May we take faith this morning in Mt. 10. - That when we are arrested and handed over to court that the Lord will help us with what to say. May the Great Cloud of Witnesses record this day and this moment. In October of 2010, 13 saints of the Lord went out to lovingly and freely offer free bibles to anyone willing to receive them. We went in obedience to our Lord Jesus who instructed us in Mk. 16, to go into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature. Though the others were doing the same thing I was - I was arrested, prosecuted-persecuted, convicted, and will be sentenced shortly as a common criminal with drug users and rapists. This was not about blocking traffic, or blocking the sidewalk. No, this is about an idolatrous government that has rejected the Lord God Jesus. This is about a Government that has turned from the Lord God to the many gods' of pluralism. There are a group of the Lord's Commandments so important that He wrote them with his own finger, we call them the 10 Commandments. The first one is #1 for a reason. - That shalt have no other god's before me. None, not any, not Buddha, not allah, not any. This arrest/trial/and conviction by the City of Wichita, the City attorney, the Wichita police and two courts is because they have forgotten Commandment #1.
Ps. 33:12 says that, "blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord." The police, prosecution, and courts have forgotten Ps. 33:12. Just as the City of Wichita, police, and courts many years ago conferred upon abortion most favored business status, they have now conferred upon Islam, most favored religion status. This trial was replete with government falsehoods and distortions. Captain Jeffery Easter testified that the reason he - a captain answered this call was because he heard it come in and had recently been briefed on the all the violence against mosques. I thought, where have I been? What violence against mosques? So I looked it up. I found a grand total of 1 possibly 2 acts in the entire nation before Oct. of 2010. This is just one of multiple perjuries by Jeffery Easter.
Listen to the 911 call by the mosque. Not one reference to any traffic problems, not one indication of cars being blocked. No, it is clear that the reason they called was because - we were there peacefully offering free bibles. In fact the Islamists came out and told us to get off of the sidewalk, that it was their sidewalk. We did not leave, so they called police. To which the police, city attorney, and courts were all too willing to act with expediency and malice to silence the Gospel of our Lord Jesus. It takes a village to convict a Christian. You in authority quickly sided with the Islamists who speak of us as the Great Satan: Islamists who issued a fatwa against David Letterman for telling a joke about Al-Qaida. Islam is the most violent, repressive, tyrannical ideology in the world today. Of the last 126 people who have been indicted in America for terrorist charges, all were Muslim. Not 90%, not 95%, all of them: Even though the DHS commercials picture white people as the terrorists.
A Harvard instructor may lose his job for an op-ed piece he wrote entitled, "how to wipe out Islamic terror." After my arrest I asked my friend Rev. James to go to the local mosque in Wichita and ask them for a copy of the Koran. This is what they gave him. Here are just two verses: Surah 5:72, they do blaspheme who say, " God is Christ the son of Mary," Surah 9:5, “But when the forbidden months are past, then fight and slay the pagans, wherever you find them and seize them, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them, in every strategum (of war). Wichita you are confused, I am not your enemy, Islam is. Thou shalt have no other gods' before me. Islamists believe that it is okay to lie if it is to help in the cause of allah. My own government called a foreign Islamist to testify for them against me, an American-born-Christian peacefully handing out free bibles. The arresting officer said he is Christian. The court judge says he is Christian. The prosecutor says he is Christian. The City attorney says he is Christian. 4 of the 6 jurors say they are Christian. And I have been convicted for handing out free bibles.

A $300 fine, 1 year probation, ordered to stay 1,000 feet away from scene of his 'offense' -The pastor of a Wichita, Kan., church who has spoken on public streets against homosexuality, the influence of abortion interests in his state and other biblical issues says he has been convicted on charges related to his decision to hand out Bibles at a Muslim mosque – in a courtroom staffed and filled with "Christians." The counts against Pastor Mark Holick of Spirit One Christian Center, known as the church "without walls," technically were two counts of loitering and one count of disrupting a business. He was convicted by a six-member jury in Wichita District Court and today was sentenced to a $300 fine, a year of probation and ordered not to be within 1,000 feet of the Islamic center where last fall he handed out pamphlets containing portions of the Bible.
Here is the statement Pastor Holick delivered before the courtroom at this sentencing hearing on September 1, 2011: My testimony/sermon at sentencing today (09-01-11). Judgment must and will begin in the house of the Lord. How does it go, “with friends like this…” But it is okay, for on judgment day when I am asked if there is enough evidence to convict me as a Christian I will offer this arrest, this prosecution, this conviction, and this sentence in accordance with Mt. 10: 18-20. This arrest, trial, and conviction was because we don’t fear the one true God – His name is Jesus not allah. This A/T/C is because we have forgotten our great Christian founding inheritance: That 52 of the 55 signers of the Declaration of Independence were Christians-That 27 of the 55 signers had Christian seminary degrees.
That we have 3 branches of government, not 2 not 4, but 3. This is because our three branches of gov. are based on Jr. 33:22, God is judge (judicial), God is lawgiver (legislative), God is our king (executive). Separation of church and state is not possible in America. The father of our country and first President, George Washington, said, “It is impossible to rightly govern …without God and the Bible,” and also “To the distinguished Character of a Patriot, it should be our highest glory to add the most distinguished Character of Christian.” James Madison, the chief architect of the Constitution, said, “We have staked the whole future of American civilization, not upon the power of government, far from it. We have staked the future of all of our political institutions upon the capacity of mankind for self-government; upon the capacity of each and all of us to govern ourselves, to control ourselves, to sustain ourselves according to the Ten Commandments of God.”
Patrick Henry, said, “It cannot be emphasized too strongly or too often that this great nation was founded, not by religionists, but by Christians; not on religions, but on the Gospel of Jesus Christ.” Our sixth President, John Quincy Adams, said it best: “The highest glory of the American Revolution was this: It connected in one indissoluble bond, the principles of civil government and the principles of Christianity.” I wholeheartedly believe all those things. Islam believes none of them. Yes you City of Wichita vs. Mark E. Holick believe I am the enemy. Pr. 11:11 states, through the blessings of the upright a city is exalted. In just a few short moments this City, this police, and this court will pronounce on me a curse – anything but a blessing.
The Marine Hymn-From the Halls of Montezuma-To the shores of Tripoli: Tripoli- is in reference to when Thomas Jefferson sent the Marines to stop the muslim pirates who were raping, murdering, and pillaging our ships. This war has been going on for many years. Liberties are never static. Throughout history it has been the propensities of governments to restrict freedoms not protect them. Case in point – City of Wichita vs. Pastor Mark E. Holick 2011. History is repeating itself this very day. Rest assured, your actions will have a great chilling effect on the Gospel of our Lord, but I suspect you know that and are glad. Rest assured that this conviction is already running through the Wichita Islamic social network like an August Texas, grass fire.
Because I use the public sidewalk to offer bibles to those driving out, I stand here called forced before this magistrate today. Though it was testified that no cars were blocked. Though it was testified that no one had to swerve to miss us. In fact no one so much as honked their horn. Yet, when I worked at then Boeing, during a strike, picketers would walk in front of our cars on purpose. I never saw anyone arrested. The duplicity is stark. In fact after Easter testified and perjured himself, when he left the court room to go to the elevators, though no one said one word to him, began yelling at our folks that they were, “trying to intimidate him, that he can not be intimidated, that he was not intimidated.”

citizens, and will not be discriminated against due to his religious speech.
3. The city Defendant has paid Plaintiff $11,700.00 in damages for the unlawful

This government called in an “expert witness” to testify against me. To get someone convicted of “loitering.” I have seen drug users prosecuted with less prosecutorial effort. Really? 2 counts of loitering? I don’t even know how you do that in the same moment? Probably the first time in Wichita history someone was charged with 2 counts of loitering.
Shy Distance: This was amazing. The prosecution – persecution was asking the questions about shy distance. I kept expecting Candid Camera to pop up any time. I thought “shy distance” that is what I had in high school whenever I was around a pretty girl? Shy Distance: The bible talks about those who “have forgotten how to blush.” Neither the prosecution nor the witness ever did blush. But I will openly confess this great success by the prosecution-persecution – and it was quite innovative – especially when truth and justice are irrelevant. Never mind that anyone actually testified that “shy distance” happened, just that it might have, could have, may have happened – that was enough. You don’t have to commit the crime, just be in a position to do so.
I routinely have police ask me (as I am holding my sign on the sidewalk) do you have a permit for that? Yes, it is called the 1st amendment, do you know it? Yes. What does it say? They never know. Congress shall make… No law, supposed to be congress that makes law but we all know now it is the judiciary but either way they take an oath to uphold the Constitution….
Romans 13 Teaches us that those in authority (police, prosecutors, judges) are ministers of God. That they are bearers of the sword. For this purpose: To punish evil doers and protect the righteous. Ministers of the Lord, you have the evil and righteous confused this day. It is bad when bad men do bad. It is worse when good men do bad. “I’m just doing my job.” No you are not. You are violating the very first of the Lord’s Commandments and you are violating Romans 13. Commandment #1 Thou shalt have no other god’s before me. Islam says Christians are blasphemers – the two beliefs can not ever coexist… ever.
Why am I being prosecuted? Because to legalize a crime will of necessity criminalize good. To legalize idolatry/Islam will of necessity criminalize Christianity. In this A/T/C/S The Lord is giving us a living parable of his judgment upon us a city and a nation and a church for violating His #1 Commandment. This A/T/C/S today is proof that the Lord God is no longer our God. This is not about traffic flow or “shy distance.” This is about a battle between two seeds, the seed of the woman and the seed of serpent.
