     NOT FOR the first time in recent months, an Italian media source yesterday revealed embarrassing details of a flourishing gay “scene” within the Holy See in Rome. Carmelo Abbate, an undercover reporter from weekly news magazine Panorama, provides in its latest issue graphic detail of a month-long series of gay parties and brief encounters in and around the Holy See, featuring openly gay priests. Abbate, who introduced himself into the community thanks to an (unnamed) gay friend, begins his latter-day Decameron with a party in the Testaccio area of Rome.

     He and his friend were invited to the party by a French priest, referred to as Fr Paul, whom the friend claims he first met in a sauna. After watching two semi-naked, oiled and muscular gay dancers go through their routine, Fr Paul climbed up on stage for what the reporter calls a session of “Dirty Dancing For Three.” That first night ended with Fr Paul spending the night with Abbate’s friend. The Panorama article is accompanied by clandestine photos allegedly depicting the said Fr Paul in striped boxer shorts in the friend’s bedroom on the morning after.

     The article goes on to detail homosexual encounters with two other Rome-based priests, “Carlo” and “Luca,” passionate encounters that are also photographically documented. After sex, Fr Luca, for example, proudly shows off his clerical vestments, walking around the bedroom half-naked. Fr Carlo claims that “98 per cent” of the priests he knows are homosexuals. The reporter’s friend says he knows many priests who frequent gay spots such as the Coming Out bar near the Coliseum. Fr Paul and the friend begin a relationship via affectionate text messages. At one point the priest explains he has “to say Mass this evening at six o’clock but I’ll say a prayer for you, if you like.” At the Testaccio party, a Sardinian claims he has come to Rome just for the party, and asks: “Did you meet Fr Paul when you went to confession?”

     There was no official Vatican response to the Panorama article yesterday, but the pope’s man in the diocese of Rome, namely the vicariate of Rome, Cardinal Agostino Vallini, issued a statement condemning the “double life” of certain priests and adding: “Coherence calls for them to come clean. We do not wish them any ill but we cannot accept that because of their behaviour, the honour of all priests is besmirched.” Sergio Rovasio, secretary of the radical group Certain Rights, said: “Finally, a piece of investigative journalism which documents something which anyone who frequents gay spots in Rome knows only too well – namely, there are a lot of priests who attend these places and who have sexual encounters without seeming to be minimally worried by the evident hypocrisy of what they preach by day and what they do by night.” Last March the Vatican was shaken by media reports claiming disgraced papal gentleman Angelo Balducci, now in prison, had been active in a gay prostitution ring which also involved subsequently dismissed Vatican chorister Chinediu Thiomas Ehiem.

     Nestled in a scenic canyon 60 miles north of Albuquerque, next to the ruins of a 17th century Spanish mission, the Father Fitzgerald Center, as the Jemez Springs retreat is formally known, lies secluded among 2,000 acres that have belonged to the Paracletes for more than half a century. The order's founder, Father Gerald Fitzgerald, a former military chaplain, chose the spot in 1947, the year reports of "flying saucers" made the New Mexico town of Roswell famous and, just over the mountains, the U.S. government was settling the secret atomic city of Los Alamos. Fitzgerald's was a noble idea: to provide a refuge for priests having difficulties with their vocations, mainly alcoholics and those suffering from depression who couldn't cope and had nowhere else to go. At its peak in the '70s and '80s more than 1,000 clerics a year spent time there, soaking in its mineral baths and inhaling the clear air for a few weeks or months at a time. Ironically, Fitzgerald had wanted nothing to do with clerical child abusers, holding the view that they were incurable and should be forcibly removed from the priesthood. In 1965, after losing a battle within the order to devote one of the several communal halls at the facility to pedophile treatment, Fitzgerald left in disgust, accepting a new assignment in Italy for the remaining four years of his life.

     Amazingly, before the momentous decision to introduce child-abusers at Jemez Springs, officials of the order briefly considered buying a remote Caribbean island where banished pedophile clerics from throughout the United States could be sent. Few Roman Catholics, much less anyone else, knew about the psychosexual treatment offered there. Jemez Springs, along with a handful of smaller treatment facilities in the Northeast and elsewhere, operated in strictest secrecy. For a while, at least, even locals were in the dark. "The retreat used to invite the local kids to come use the pool during the summer," recalls Jay Nelson, 50, of Albuquerque, who spent summers as a child at his family's vacation cabin near Jemez Springs. "They'd tell the parents, "Send them down. We'll watch them.'" Although there was opposition at first, residents who've long relied on the business generated by the retreat, came to tolerate Camp Ped, he says. Once, when a local parish priest, himself a Paraclete, complained to officials that clerics from the treatment center were making eyes at some of his altar boys, "they packed him off to a new assignment immediately," Nelson says.

     From the outset, Camp Ped was a disaster. Even Father Peter Lechner, acknowledges that mental-health professionals were ill-equipped in the early years of the retreat to deal with molesters. But its problems went beyond merely the limits of medicine. "They may have had competent outside professionals working with the priests, but there was a disconnect in the way the "patients' wound up being shuffled through there and back into active priesthood," says Schoener, the clinical psychologist. He and others suggest that Camp Ped operated in a kind of netherworld between vacation retreat and treatment center. Considering its dismal track record, as exemplified by scandals involving numerous of its priestly alumni, Mahony and other bishops appear to have sent their bad-boy priests there to get them out of their hair rather than to treat them.

     There's no denying the Paracletes' proclivity for giving pedo-priests a clean bill of health, and bishops' propensity for welcoming such priests back and foisting them on unsuspecting parishioners. Take the notorious Father James Porter, for example. A three-time Camp Ped veteran, the Massachusetts native was finally sentenced to prison in the early 1980s after molesting more than 100 boys at parishes in the Northeast, Midwest and Southwest. In 1967, the staff at Jemez Springs saw "real hope" for Porter's rehabilitation and recommended that he be allowed to conduct mass on a trial basis at several churches in New Mexico while receiving treatment. But not long after filling in for a vacationing priest in the town of Truth or Consequences, Porter returned to his old ways, molesting at least six children, including a boy confined to a full-body cast in a hospital.

     Ever optimistic, a few months later the staff gave him another probationary assignment, this time in Houston, where he molested more children before he was shipped back to New Mexico. Incredibly, in 1969, Porter was cleared for release from Camp Ped and on the recommendation of the Paracletes was assigned to a parish in Bemidji, Minnesota, where he resumed molesting children. The Minnesota bishop who had agreed to take him had no clue as to his long sordid record when he showed up there. Astonishingly, a letter from the Paracletes, a copy of which was obtained by New Times, simply says that he had suffered a nervous breakdown. "During the throes of his illness he did have some moral problems which were, from all appearances, the result of his illness, something for which he was not responsible. Now, having recovered, he gives every sign of having the former problems under control," the letter says.

     The author of that letter and other glowing reports about Porter and fellow priests who molested during furloughs from Jemez Springs during its early days was Father John B. Feit, who became the superior in charge of the psychosexual treatment program after only two years there. Feit, who had no professional training other than in theology, exemplifies all that was wrong with Camp Ped, not to mention the cynicism—or incompetence—of bishops who sent their priests there. Incredibly, Feit had switched from another religious order to join the Paracletes in 1962, just months after pleading "no contest" to a reduced charge of assault while a priest in Texas. A 20-year-old school teacher had accused him of attempting to sexually assault her as she knelt to pray inside a church in Edinburg, Texas, where he was the pastor, in 1960.

     What's more, Feit had been a suspect—although no charges were filed against him—in the murder of a 25-year-old South Texas beauty queen. Three days after she went missing, the woman's partially clad body was found in a drainage ditch near the same Edinburg church, barely a month after the assault on the teacher. Irene Garcia had been raped and suffocated. Garcia's car was found parked at the church, where Feit, who had heard her confession, was the last known person to have seen her alive. "It pains me even now that the person who killed that girl was never brought to justice," retired McAllen, Texas, police officer W.L. "Sonny" Miller, now 70, tells New Times. Miller reviewed the evidence at the request of a now-deceased police chief in the 1970s. Four polygraph tests administered to Feit were "inconclusive," and for lack of physical evidence no charges were brought in the case against anybody, he says.

     Garza's clothing and other items remain in an evidence locker at the McAllen Police Department. Miller has pushed in vain to have authorities use DNA testing, which wasn't available at the time of the murder, to revive the investigation. "It's the only right thing to do," he says. Feit, now 69, left the priesthood years ago and works for a Catholic charity in another state. He did not respond to interview requests from New Times, but he told the Brownsville Herald newspaper—which cited the four inconclusive polygraph tests—that he had had nothing to do with the Garcia slaying. He also said he would never have pleaded to the earlier charge if, at the time, he had known what a no-contest plea suggested.

     Yet, sadly, the Feit era wasn't an aberration. Camp Ped's track record continued to be the source of tragedy—and the butt of jokes by critics of the bishops' failed rehabilitation model—until it closed in 1994. The case of Father Andrew Christian Anderson of Huntington Beach is typical of the program's failure. In 1986, the popular pastor was convicted of 26 counts of molesting four altar boys. An Orange County superior court judge sentenced him to five years' probation on condition that he complete long-term treatment at Jemez Springs. After the slap-on-the-wrist ruling, Anderson was smothered in hugs from dozens of still-loyal parishioners who had crowded into the courtroom. Mahony protégé John Steinbock, bishop of the Diocese of Orange at the time (and now Fresno's bishop) adopted a wait-and-see attitude, saying he would decide Anderson's future as a priest after the therapy. Anderson went off to Jemez Springs for treatment, followed by six months at a Paraclete halfway house in Albuquerque. In 1990, just two months after leaving the house to live on his own, Anderson was arrested after dragging a 14-year-old boy off a downtown Albuquerque street and molesting him.

     Due in no small part to Camp Ped's priestly patients having molested children across New Mexico during furloughs (a practice unchecked since the Porter days), by 1994 the Archdiocese of Santa Fe had become ground zero in an explosion of clerical sex-abuse cases. The archbishop at the time, Robert Sanchez, had appointed a blue-ribbon panel to investigate the Jemez Springs problem, but it was too little, too late. It didn't help that Sanchez became embroiled in a sex scandal in 1993 after at least five women came forward to say they had had affairs with him, including the daughter of a wealthy New Mexico family that had conducted an annual fund-raiser named for Sanchez. Facing nearly 200 lawsuits and more than $50 million in damages, the archdiocese was forced to sell off choice real estate. Even so, it would have likely gone into insolvency if not for help from the national bishops' conference, spearheaded by Mahony, which chipped in some pricey New Mexico property of its own that the archdiocese sold to pay its remaining legal bills.

     The lawsuits guaranteed Camp Ped's demise. But Lechner, the head of the Paracletes, acknowledges that psychosexual treatment probably would have been discontinued even if litigation hadn't finished it off. "Jemez Springs became undesirable [as a place to go] for many priests," he laments. "With all the publicity, more and more priests resisted going there for any reason for fear they would be branded as pedophiles." (He refused to say how many of the estimated three-dozen priests being treated at the Paracletes' St. Jean Vianney Renewal Center outside St. Louis have psychosexual problems.)

     It's an image that refuses to die. Just last month, Lechner announced that after half a century, the Paracletes will shutter the Jemez Springs retreat entirely in December. But, already, there is speculation that it may end up as a permanent dumping ground for child-molesting priests. Under the watered-down "zero tolerance" policy adopted in June by American bishops—but not yet approved by Rome—abusive clerics are to be removed from "active ministry" but kept on church payrolls. "I really can't comment on whether that will happen," Lechner says. "All I can say is, I hope not."

Expansion

     The order expanded to operate a total of 23 facilities at its peak. In the U.S., these included the original center at Jemez Springs, NM as well as facilities in Dittmer, MO and Nevis, MN. In addition, the order opened centers in Italy, England; Scotland, France, Africa, South America, and the Philippines. The Servants of the Paraclete also operated a novitiate in Randolph, VT until 1971. Its current novitiate is located in Jemez Springs, approximately one mile from the mother house.

Later History

     The Very Reverend Joseph McNamara, s.P. was elected to succeed Father Gerald as the second Servant General. In 1981, The Very Reverend Michael E. Foley, s.P. was elected to serve as the third Servant General. In 1987, Liam J. Hoare, s.P. was elected as the fourth Servant General.

     In the 1990s, after a series of lawsuits related to sexually abusive priests that had been treated at its centers, the order closed most of their centers (due to lawsuits that bankrupted the “church.” They have since consolidated their holistic programs to St. Michael's in St. Louis, MO and to Our Lady of Victory Trust in Gloucestershire, England. In 1998, the Gloucestershire center ended its ministry to priests who had committed sexual abuse. The Servants of the Paraclete also sponsors a long-term residential facility for priests and Brothers at Vianney Renewal Center in Dittmer, Missouri where the primary emphasis is on community living.

     Today the Servants of the Paraclete are an international religious community founded by Rev.      The National Education Association (NEA) continues to alienate more and more of its conservative constituents as the organization showed its liberal leanings at its 2010 national convention. At this year's meeting in New Orleans, the largest professional organization and labor union in the U.S. recognized a new caucus: the NEA Drag Queen Caucus. (See list of recognized NEA caucuses [PDF] on NEA’s website; search: recognized caucuses.) "They already have had the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, [and] Transgender Caucus and apparently felt that the drag queens needed their own caucus," explains Finn Laursen, executive director of Christian Educators Association International (CEAI).      "America, I think, needs to respond and to realize what the National Education Association stands for; they're not hiding it.  It's appalling to many of our conservative Christian educators who, in their own lives, could not support this kind of thing but find that their dues are being used to support just those kinds of thing," he adds. Laursen also tells OneNewsNow there was a movement this year to see the NEA's pro-abortion stance changed to a more neutral position, but that effort failed. "The organization and its delegates were just unwilling to step back and take no position on abortion," he laments. "They're going to continue their pro-abortion stance."

     The CEAI executive director shares that every year following the NEA convention; he sees a spike in interest towards his organization from people looking for an alternative. He says that after this year's event, his organization "even had to put in an extra phone line and bring in extra staff just to answer the phones."

     NEA Recognizes Drag Queen Group: The National Education Association (NEA) has been widely criticized as being out of touch with America's parents and schoolchildren, seemingly more interested in gaining influence and recognition while the quality of education they defend continues to decline. It shouldn't be a surprise, then, that the NEA has recognized a drag queen caucus at their recent national convention. Headed by Peter J. Konrath, the group doesn't appear to be advocating for specific drag queen teacher causes, like naming elementary schools for Kathy Griffin, but seems more interested in raising money for scholarships. It is unclear how many caucus members are actually teachers.

     According to his Facebook page, Konrath runs The Ricardo Correa Scholarship Foundation, named for Konrath's partner who died in 2004 after what Konrath describes as "a roller coaster of a relationship." The foundation gives out scholarships to gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgendered (GLBT) students. Headquartered out of Milwaukee (the center of the drag queen teacher universe), the NEA Drag Queen Caucus holds several "Ric-Fest" events to raise funds, including beer pong tournaments at local Milwaukee gay bars. They also sell trading cards of local gay bartenders and drag queens. $1 will get you a bartender trading card, while $3 will buy you a "shirtless or risqué picture" trading card of a bartender. The drag queen caucus had a booth at the NEA national convention, and plans to expand their scholarship program nationwide next year.

     Last week, the San Jose Mercury News published an op-ed I wrote which centered on the arrogance of the California Teachers Association. I noted that CTA, state affiliate of the National Education Association, is quite out of touch with its members when it comes to political spending.  While its members are politically mixed, CTA’s political spending goes only in a leftward direction. Also last week, the NEA, which purports to have children’s best interests at heart, wrapped up its yearly convention, where due to its Race to the Top funding criteria, the Obama administration came in for some harsh words. While NEA President Dennis Van Roekel’s comments were covered in some depth by the mainstream media, something rather unusual went unmentioned — the emergence of a new “recognized” NEA Caucus. (In the union’s own words, a caucus is “an internal entity that is recognized by NEA for the sole purpose of attempting to influence NEA governance.”)

     In the years to come, this new “internal entity” — the NEA Drag Queen Caucus — will most assuredly be trying its best to influence NEA policy. And NEA policy has been known to affect education policy. For example, due in part to a NEA manual, there are now preteens in school-sponsored gay-straight clubs all over the country… and parents do not have to be notified of their children’s participation. If you are not yet spinning, a union member at the convention was told by someone “manning” the Drag Queen Caucus booth that a transvestite beauty contest was in the works for (the convention) next year. I urge anyone who would like to let the NEA know what they think of their Drag Queen Caucus to please contact them. As Lily Tomlin once said, “No matter how cynical I get, I just can’t keep up.”

Purpose Of NEA Caucuses:

     A "recognized NEA caucus" is an internal entity that is recognized by NEA for the sole purpose of attempting to influence NEA governance.  Toward this end, caucuses may advise, lobby, and/or otherwise communicate with NEA governance. Unless recognized pursuant to these Guidelines, a caucus may not include a reference to NEA in its name. NEA Drag Queen Caucus. NEA Gay & Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Caucus.

(This diverse event is to be recognized along with Muslim holidays and Mother’s day. NEA has decided celebrating the establishment of the Chinese Communist nation is a good thing.      Huge crowds of worshippers are expected to flock to Killucan from this Sunday, July 11, when the heart of St. Camillus de Lellis will be venerated at the Camillian Fathers' house. The relic of the Italian - the patron saint of the sick and those who care for them - will appear in Ireland for the very first time, to mark the 75th anniversary of the establishment of the Order of St. Camillus in Ireland. Since the saint's death in 1614, the heart, which is based at the Church of St. Mary Magdalene in Rome, has left Italy just twice for visits to Poland and Peru.

     From July 11, the heart may be venerated each evening between 4pm and 9pm until the following Wednesday, July 14 (the feast of St. Camillus). Daily, Mass and Novena prayers will take place from 7pm, led by Fr. Arnaldo Pangrazzi MI, a professor at the Camillian University in Rome. At 7pm on July 14, Mass will be celebrated by Most Rev. Dr. Michael Smith, Bishop of Meath, and from 10pm that night to 4am the next morning, a Night Vigil of Gratitude will be observed.

     After leaving Killucan the heart will move to the Mater Hospital and St. Joseph's Carmelite Church, Dublin (July 15), the Pro Cathedral in Dublin (July 16), and finally to the Knock (July 24), before returning to Rome. Fr. Frank Monks MI, the former Superior General of the Order of St. Camillus, based in Killucan, said preparations for the arrival of worshippers are in their final stages.

     "Camillian communities were founded, not to exist for themselves as holy huddles of the like minded, but rather so as to provide a service within the local community," Fr. Monks wrote to the people of Killucan recently. "We are delighted to be able to share the heart of St. Camillus, which is so precious to us, with you our friends in the local parish who have always welcomed us and made us feel a part of the area."

     75th Anniversary Celebrations of the Order of St Camillus in Ireland: St Camillus - Patron Saint of the Sick and Those who care for the Sick. This year the members of the Order of St. Camillus in Killucan, and in other centres in the country, celebrate the 75th anniversary of the arrival of the Camillians in Ireland.

     A key part of the celebrations will be arrival in Ireland next week of the most coveted relic - the heart - of the Italian Patron of the Sick. The visit to Ireland of this precious relic will commence with public veneration and blessings for four days at the St. Camillus Chapel & Nursing Centre in Killucan - this will be only the third time ever that the relic has left Italy. (Where in the Bible does it say to preserve the heart of a human being and worship it? This is witchcraft.)

     In a singular tribute to the St. Camillus priests and brothers in Killucan - which is the Anglo-Irish provincial headquarters of the Order, for Ireland, Britain and Australia - the incorrupt heart of St Camillus will be with the community in Killucan for the Feast of St. Camillus this year, Wednesday 14 July, and for the three days immediately beforehand, when the annual Triduum leading up to the Feast is celebrated, on Sunday week 11 July, Monday 12 July & and Tuesday 13 July.

      All members of the public will be able to visit the relic of St. Camillus - his heart, which miraculously is in its incorrupt state, even after hundreds of years - in the chapel in the St. Camillus Centre from 4:00pm to 9:00pm on each of the four days.

     Catherine is the patron saint of Italy,  and during her life she was credited with being exceptionally pious: she had the stigmata, was a virgin, had visions, had the power to heal, was safe from fire, lived off only the Sacrament, and was able to levitate. She was born in Sienna and started having visions of Christ at the young age of seven. She also escaped a life of marriage by scarring herself with scalding water as a teenager, and she had a vision that she had a wedding ring on that Christ gave her that only she could see.

     Unfortunately for the people of Sienna, Catherine was in Rome when she died at the age of 33, and she was buried there even though the city of Sienna desperately wanted her to be buried in her home town. Knowing that the Roman guards would never allow them to take her body back, a group of people from Sienna stole into her grave and removed her head (since it was easier to conceal and carry than her whole corpse) and brought it back to Sienna where it is on display to this day (to be worshipped, this is satanic).

     The teaching of the Catholic Church with regard to the veneration of relics is summed up in a decree of the Council of Trent (Sess. XXV), which enjoins on bishops and other pastors to instruct their flocks that "the holy bodies of holy martyrs and of others now living with Christ—which bodies were the living members of Christ and 'the temple of the Holy Ghost' (1 Corinthians 6:19) and which are by Him to be raised to eternal life and to be glorified are to be venerated by the faithful, for through these [bodies] many benefits are bestowed by God on men, so that they who affirm that veneration and honour are not due to the relics of the saints, or that these and other sacred monuments are uselessly honoured by the faithful, and that the places dedicated to the memories of the saints are in vain visited with the view of obtaining their aid, are wholly to be condemned, as the Church has already long since condemned, and also now condemns them.” (Perhaps the hellish "church fathers" do not realize that the Bible condemns those who practice witchcraft and idol worship).

      Further, the council insists that (without any scriptural proof whatsoever, they are just making this stuff up) "in the invocation of saints the veneration of relics and the sacred use of images, every superstition shall be removed and all filthy lucre abolished." Again, "the visitation of relics must not be by any perverted into reveling and drunkenness." (In other words, if your going to commit witchcraft and idolatry; do it, but just do not get drunk, party, or make money off of the relic while you do it). To secure a proper check upon abuses of this kind, "no new miracles are to be acknowledged or new relics recognized unless the bishop of the diocese has taken cognizance and approved thereof." Moreover, the bishop, in all these matters, is directed to obtain accurate information to take council with theologians and pious men, and in cases of doubt or exceptional difficulty to submit the matter to the sentence of the metropolitan and other bishops of the province, "yet so that nothing new, or that previously has not been usual in the Church, shall be resolved on, without having first consulted the Holy See."

     The justification of Catholic practice, which is indirectly suggested here by the reference to the bodies of the saints as formerly temples of the Holy Ghost and as destined hereafter to be eternally glorified, is further developed in the authoritative "Roman Catechism" drawn up at the instance of the same council. Recalling the marvels witnessed at the tombs of the martyrs, where "the blind and cripples are restored to health, the dead recalled to life, and devils expelled from the bodies of men" the Catechism points out that these are facts which "St. Ambrose and St. Augustine, most unexceptionable witnesses, declare in their writings that they have not merely heard and read about, as many did but have seen with their own eyes," (yeah, yeah, and the "virgin" Mary is going  to return in a UFO to purge the hellish pope of all pedophile priests, now we've heard it all, someone's been sipping too much of that Blue Nun wine) (Ambrose, Epist. xxii, nn. 2 and 17, Augustine, Serm. cclxxxvi, c.v.; City of God XXII, "Confess.", ix).

Conclusion

     No matter how "pious" Catholic Cultists slice and dice it, this is demonic worship from a false church cult using witchcraft and necromancy. Jesus Christ said come out from among them and be ye separate. Catholicism has nothing to do with real Christianity. The devil mixes enough of the Bible and scriptures to fool non-thinking members into believing this cult is true religion. It is false and of the devil and damns the soul to hell.

For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works (II Cor. 11:13-15).

     Pope launches team to 're-evangelize' the West. The Pope launched a team to stem the secularization of Catholic countries and "re-evangelize" the West. Benedict XVI announced the creation of a new Vatican department dedicated to tackling what he called "a grave crisis in the sense of the Christian faith and the role of the Church." He expressed deep concerns that previously staunch Catholic countries in Europe and North America were facing "the eclipse of a sense of God". Tens of thousands of worshippers are deserting the Church over issues such as clerical sex abuse and the ban on married priests. Britain has sold its soul to pursuit of 'reason' over religion (they’ve come to their senses about false religion he means), Catholic Archbishop warns.

      “I have decided to create a new body with the aim of promoting a renewed evangelism," in countries that are going through "progressive secularization of society," the 83-year-old Pope said. The new department, to be called The Pontifical Council for New Evangelization, will try to reinvigorate belief among Catholics in rich, developed countries – or, in the pontiff's words, "find the right means to re-propose the perennial truth of the Gospel." (You’ll need the truth of the Bible for that rather than false catholic doctrine).  It is expected to be led by an Italian archbishop, Rino Fisichella, who as head of the Pontifical Academy for Life is the Vatican's top bioethics official.

     Congregations in the West have fallen dramatically and faith in the Church has been hard hit by a series of high-profile scandals involving the sexual abuse of children by pedophile priests. (The rock has finally been removed from the reeking pit of snakes and the fug has awoken people who can think for themselves).  The Vatican, together with senior Church leaders in individual countries, has been accused of ignoring or actively covering up sex abuse cases in the United States, Australia, Germany, Italy, Ireland, the Netherlands, Norway and Austria. The Pope himself has been accused of turning a blind eye to pedophile priest cases when he was Archbishop of Munich and then head of the Vatican's office for doctrinal enforcement.

     The Pope made an official visit to Portugal last month, but barely 20 per cent of the population in the formerly staunchly Catholic country regularly attends church and the average age of priests is 62. Austria – once seen as a bulwark against the Protestant Reformation and a stronghold of Catholicism in central Europe – is witnessing a particularly strong push for a more liberal Church, partly in response to the pedophile sex abuse scandal. The Austrian Church has estimated that up to 80,000 of the country's 5.5 million Catholics could leave the church this year a new record. In Britain there are about six million Catholics – one in ten of the population – but only around a million say they go to Mass every Sunday. Archbishop Vincent Nichols, the President of the Bishops' Conference of England and Wales, said he looked forward to co-operating with the new body. "This initiative identifies a challenge with which many in the Catholic Church, and many in other Christian communities, are familiar," he said.

     Who are you to believe? The word of God, inspired and preserved by the Holy Spirit of God through the Holy Bible, or a corrupt organization of pedophiles, wine bibbers, and false prophets. That question does not even need to be answered for thinking persons know in their heart the obvious conclusion. Following are some scriptures that show Catholic doctrine is not only wrong but outright silly. There may be a few souls still searching for the truth caught up in that bride of Satan called the Catholic Church. Study to shew thyself approved unto God, not to an organization that cannot read and discern the truth of God. The following are a few basis false doctrines of the Catholic “church” and the scriptures which prove those Catholic doctrines are inane.

False Catholic Doctrine teaches…

     …Mary is a perpetual virgin. Hmmm, even without scripture that sounds absurd. What is a perpetual virgin anyways you may ask? Perpetual means lasting or enduring forever or for an indefinitely long time; eternal; permanent. So, Catholic doctrine is trying to teach that Mary was espoused to Joseph but did not have relations with her husband after the Messiah was born. It is true Mary was a virgin before the Messiah was born. However, Catholic doctrine would have us believe, although she was married, she did not have relations with her husband, after Jesus the Christ was born, in perpetuity? That is really far-fetched and off-the wall.

     The holy scripture that proves the Catholic doctrine is false is Matthew 13:54-57, And when he was come into his own country, he taught them in their synagogue, insomuch that they were astonished, and said, Whence hath this man this wisdom, and these mighty works? Is not this the carpenter's son? is not his mother called Mary? and his brethren, James, and Joses, and Simon, and Judas? And his sisters, are they not all with us? Whence then hath this man all these things? And they were offended in him. But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, save in his own country, and in his own house.

     Did you catch that? It was a well know fact that the vessel Jesus Christ used for his  mother on earth was called Mary. And that from this vessel he had brothers called James, and Joses, and Simon, and Judas. And that from this vessel Jesus also had sisters. The vessel God used to produce the Messiah was the same vessel that produced James, Joses, Simon, Judas and their sisters. These were not children that were virgin born as Jesus Christ was. The false Catholic doctrine of Mary’s perpetual virginity is a horselaugh.

False Catholic Doctrine teaches…

     …Mary should be worshipped as a goddess and that intercessory prayer should be made through her to God. Intercession and invocation is set forth by the Council of Trent, which teaches that the saints who reign together with Christ offer up their own prayers to God for men. It is good and useful suppliantly to invoke them, and to have recourse to their prayers, aid, and help for obtaining benefits from God, through His Son Jesus Christ our Lord…. Those persons think impiously who deny that the Saints, who enjoy eternal happiness in heaven, are to be invoked; or who assert either that they do not pray for men, or that the invocation of them to pray for each of us is idolatry, or that it is repugnant to the word of God, and is opposed to the honour of the one Mediator of God and men, Jesus Christ (Sess. XXV).

     Catholics think Mary is a tender-hearted mother and if you need anything from the austere father then you go to the tender-hearted mother to get what you want. Hmmm… that sounds like a folktale  made up by the false prophets at the Council of Trent. You do not find that anywhere in the Bible. So the false Catholic doctrine is trying to tell me that the God who so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son is so harsh and insensitive that we have go through several other channels to reach Him including fictitious Catholic saints and Mary the perpetual virgin?  That is hogwash and has nothing to do with the truth of the Bible.

The holy scriptures proving this Catholic doctrine is false is John 14:12-14: Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.

     Did you catch that? If ye shall ask anything in my name, I will do it. Jesus is saying when you pray to God, in the name of Jesus Christ, HE will do it. I does not say ask Mary the perpetual virgin, it does not say to ask saint Bartholomew or saint Jasmine, it says to ask God in Jesus Christ’s name. Nothing else.

I Timothy 2:5-6: For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.

Hello there, anyone home? “There is one God, AND ONE MEDIATOR between God and men…” the perpetual virgin blessed Mary? I do not think so. The Catholic false teachers just made that up out of thin air. Jesus said IT IS HE, not Mary. Hello, anyone home?

Another scripture, John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. False Catholic doctrine claims Mary, the perpetual virgin is the bridge to the Father, the intercessor. Jesus said he is the way, the truth and the life : NO MAN cometh unto the Father, BUT BY ME. You cannot get any clearer than that. If you cannot understand that you have a serious cerebral obstruction of massive extent. The devil has blinded you; Mary did not die on the cross for you, Mary is not God manifest in the flesh, Mary was a sinner just like you and I, Mary did not shed her blood for your sins and rise again from the dead. Jesus Christ did.

False Catholic Doctrine teaches…

     …there are two main aspects to the Roman Catholic Priesthood: offering Mass and forgiving sins. During Mass the priest acts as a vessel for Christ and the priest is called to make Christ present during the Mass. Priests are also responsible for daily recitation of the principal and minor offices of the Liturgy of the Hours. Catholic priests are the only ministers of the Sacrament of Penance and Anointing of the Sick. They are the only ones who can celebrate the Eucharist in the Catholic Church. They, together with deacons, are the ordinary ministers of Baptism and witnesses to Holy Matrimony. A Catholic priest is ordained in Christ to say that in Christ Jesus they become your father through the Gospel.

     Catholic priests claim they bring down the body and blood of Jesus every Sunday during Mass and that they can forgive the sins of other people. What a blasphemous crock of manure. Again, refusing to read the Bible has turned Catholic believers of false doctrine into following corrupted doctrines of devils. You are telling me that some cigarette sucking, dress wearing, wine bibber is going to listen to my sins, give me ten Hail Mary’s to recite for repentance and then he will forgive me of my sins? And do not forget to put money in the plate on Sunday. Oh by the way, that may not be all you need in this false religion; you actually must follow all the sacraments or you are dead meat. Not enough time to cover all those sacraments. However, if you cannot see the Bible clearly teaches against even the major false doctrine of Roman Catholicism then you are really deceived and need serious help.

     I Timothy 2:5-6: For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time. Quoting this scripture once should be evidence enough that Catholic doctrine is false. However, Catholicism is bent on teaching there are many ways to reach God through various intercessory paths. If Mary does not work than try a celibate priest or any one of thousands of idol saints (more than enough for each day of the year).  Jesus is the only way. If you believe God you are on the right path, if you continue in false, Catholic doctrine you are on a pernicious path to destruction and hell.

     Matthew 23:9, And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven. Jesus said call no man on earth your father. In context that is speaking of a person who teaches you spiritually. Not only does a Catholic priest want you to believe he can forgive you of your sins, he wants you to call  him your father in a spiritual sense, which is a title reserved for God Almighty. Are you not beginning to get the sense that a Catholic priest thinks he is way better than God himself. Instead of pointing people to the truth they claim they are the ones who partition out salvation. Catholic priest want to keep the real Lord dead on a cross that they claim only they can bring down every Sunday in the form of the Eucharist. According to God and His holy scriptures that is blasphemous bologna.
